Notable Features

Hero section video loop

The Hero section is the first thing visitors see when they open their site. Since Luis recently released his new video recording of Bach Cello Suite No. 1, we wanted to draw as much attention to this new recording as possible. That's why we created a video loop for the hero area. When the user clicks on it, a full video recording opens for them to watch immediately.

Discography info page

We have created a separate page for each CD, which Luis has recorded. The page contains information about CD, links to online stores and streaming services, reviews, program notes, performers, etc.

Gallery collection

Since Luis provided us with a lot of great pictures, we wanted to show many of them on the website. However, we wanted to be able to sort the photos by category, for example, "teaching," "performing," "touring," etc. So we created a page where Luis can post several galleries with a unique name, information and pictures

All Pages

The homepage is a page that provides a quick overview of an artist, their latest accomplishments, upcoming events, etc. From there, users can quickly discover more by following the links or the main navigation menu

The biography page contains a complete biography of the artist.

As a rule, visitors to a website first skim the page quickly and only stop later to read the whole page. Therefore, it is important to include images and different types of text (bold, italics, headings, etc.) to give users a quick impression.

The events page automatically displays the events in chronological order and marks the events as past when the date expires.

There are also different types of events that Luis can add to a website:

  1. Event without additional information - simply listed event without links, only the name and date are required.
  2. Event with a link to an external website - if a concert is listed on the venue's page, ticketing platform, etc., the event can be added with a link
  3. Full page event - the event has its own page on the website with detailed information about the program, venue, artists, etc.

The media page that displays the links to various platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, Vimeo and so on. It is also possible to add additional texts and images to each recording to tell a story about it.

News page with the links to the articles about the artist

Discography page with the list of recorded CDs and a complete information about each recording

Contact page with a contact form that sends an email directly to the artist's (or manager's) inbox
